On April 5th, a group of students from the Alcoy School of Art and Design (EASD Alcoy) visited the Onok showroom for a training session on interior lighting. The visit, organized by Onok, included two members of the company's team, from the Projects and Sales departments, who guided the students throughout the tour.
The visit was divided into two parts. The first covered technical aspects of the luminaires and information on existing products on the market, which they were later able to see at the exhibition itself. Finally, they discussed relevant aspects of lighting planning for different types of spaces and the focus and reinforcement that proper lighting planning can provide to the environment. In this section, they reviewed existing regulations and space restrictions for the installation of the most common luminaires, as well as the most appropriate choice of luminaires for each situation.
In the second part of the visit, the EASD students visited the Onok display, learning about the specific features of each product type and asking questions, which were answered by our technicians. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to learn about Onok's lighting products firsthand and ask the experts any questions they had.
"We are very pleased to have welcomed the students from the EASD Alcoy school to our showroom and to have shared some of our knowledge about interior lighting with them," said Vanesa Palazón, a member of the commercial department. "The visit was very interesting. These types of activities allow us to establish ties with students in our area and create synergies with them, participating in their training and bringing them closer to the workplace."
At Onok, we thank the EASD Alcoy for their visit and hope to continue collaborating on future training sessions to continue sharing our knowledge of interior lighting.
